Nice idea for stays in Calgary. Room was great, although the internet was extremely slow and pretty much unusable.

We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to using O suites again! The front desk is very friendly and the suite was spotless and in a great location. Rachell at the front desk was welcoming and friendly. Very helpful with providing information about the city.

Didn't expect that much nicer but it is veru close to downtown and can see tower just in front of Ostays. The room and facilities are very very good. Grocery store is in the same building and the security is very good, however, the cleaning status is not really good especially dust under bed and carpet.

Our apartment was very clean, well equipped and the staff were extremely helpful. We had originally been given the wrong apartment, but the receptionist, Rochelle (Please accept my apologies if that is spelt wrong) was very helpful and understanding, and quickly sorted it out. Rochelle also explained what had actually happened, unlike some places we have stayed, where they just make excuses. We stayed at the Vetro apartment which is very well located, just a short walk to the river and downtown, and has amazing views over the city. We especially enjoyed a snowy morning on the balcony. Again, we would very much like to thanks Rochelle again for her help. Please pass on our thanks...we were the "annoying brits".

I stayed in Calgary with Ohotel last week and definitely enjoyed my stay! We had a fully equipped apartment with kitchen and living room available just for ourselves! This is much better than any hotel. Check-in was also easy and the suite was at a great location. Looking forward to my next stay with ohotel!

The ALURA location is highly recommended - brand new building, high-end amenities (including in-suite laundry and fitness centre), and a fantastic location walking distance to the heart of downtown. Across the street from C-Train and Saddledome/Stampede Park, Sunterra Fresh Market 1 block away etc. Check-in procedures have improved greatly since last time I stayed at one of their properties (in 2015); still a bit inconvenient to have to check-in at a property other than the one you're staying at, but at least there's someone there, keys are ready etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good two bed rooms suite with a reasonable price for 4 people. Very clean and has all facilities what you need to do. But this condo is included $30 for cleaning in addition to the rate of room + Parking fee $25 daily.

My partner and I stayed here for a week in August. The staff went above and beyond, welcoming us to Calgary with open arms. Our unit was in a great location, all within walking distance to local restaurants and bars. We couldn't of asked for anything more! I'll definitely be coming back!!

Overall very pleased at my experience, kind of awkward that the check in desk is in a completely different building away from the place I was staying but thats not a total deal breaker. The condo was great, had everything I could ever want, from a separate living space and full kitchen including washing machine/dryer. Super close to the amenities on 17th Avenue. The price was amazing for everything I got! I would absolutely stay again.

Great little condo in good location for great price! I loved having an entire apartment to myself and when I discovered the washing machine had a fault, they replaced it same day. Can't fault that! Only downside was that condo was basement, which I didn't realise before, but it still had windows and enough light. I really enjoyed the experience and location.
